About This Graduate Trainee Programme

Tsebo Solutions Group is offering an exciting opportunity for graduates to kickstart their careers through a structured development program in Cleaning Operations. This Graduate Trainee position provides hands-on experience in managing people, operations, and financial aspects of contract cleaning services.

The programme is designed to prepare trainees for future leadership roles in operations and contract management. Graduates will gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of cleaning operations while working across multiple client sites in the Johannesburg area.

What the Role Involves

Operational Management

  • Assist in managing cleaning operations across multiple client sites
  • Support supervisors with scheduling, task allocation, and quality control activities
  • Learn and utilize operational systems, reporting tools, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management
  • Participate in audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Contribute to special projects including site mobilizations and sustainability initiatives

Financial and Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting activities
  • Learn financial management principles as they apply to cleaning operations
  • Support with documentation and operational reporting requirements

Client Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings and relationship management activities

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:

  • National Higher Diploma (or equivalent qualification)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
  • Related field of study relevant to operations or facilities management

Advantageous Experience
